Ann C. and Robert O. Orders, Jr. Family Foundation The Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for those less fortunate. The Foundation's focus is to address charitable and educational needs, with an emphasis on environmental and community programs, primarily in West Virginia.
